Maximum Pylontech 2000 batteries in a single stack?
Hi I have 6 Pylontech 2000 batteries in a single stack with a Lux LXP 3600 ACS inverter. I also have 4 Pylontech 2000C batteries that are waiting for a second installation on a different phase that has been significantly delayed. Can you connect 10 Pylontech batteries in a single stack? I cannot see...

Over driving SMA Sunny Boy 1.5
Hi I have a Sunny Boy 1.5 inverter with 8 x 120 watt panels totalling 960 watts. I have on order 4 x JA 545 watt panels that I can just fit in place of the old panels. IMPP: 13.04 A Isc: 13.93 A The position and angle of the panels is poor and the peak output of the 960 watt panels was 750 watts in ...

Does Solis Hybrid Invertor have to have meter and CT?
Hi I am looking to fit a Solis Hybrid inverter initially with Pylontech batteries with solar to follow. In the install manual it states inverter is able to connect to Acrel or Eastron meters. Does the Solis have to have the meter? I am guessing yes but can't find explicit confirmation. I ask for an ...

Re: Can Solis Hybrid be used without solar?
Thanks.
Yes just AC coupled on Go tariff using Pylontech batteries. If electricity prices go much higher we could add ground mount PV but that would mean loss of part of the garden. It would also mean pretty long DC cables. Not sure if there is a length limitation.

Can Solis Hybrid be used without solar?
Hi
We are fitting a new battery storage system. Don't want to use Lux. Can the Solis hybrid be used without solar just as a grid storage inverter?
Regards
Ian
