And are these faults all caused by excessive hours in diversion mode?
Can you add heat sinks to heat sinks ( bolt on)to give more capacity, or is it easier to rig up fans as others have done?

Or take the existing off, put long rails onto the roof, either vertical support if it’s going to be a long span or cantelever/ gallows brackets to support and do loads more..

Yes sure is, brackets were welded yesterday so hopefully get some of them fitted this weekend in between kids activities!

Workbench half made, found bench power supply, lights and my long lost variac!

Update time. 1600w of longi panels on the shed roof, one panel left to be set up. I've reconfigured the westwards array to be flat on the roof of the other sheds down the side of the house. Shaded until after 1300, currently 1500w of panels connected to a £60 G83 Sunny roo inverter from ebay. My ho...
