IO vehicle compatibility question

Hi chaps,

Does anyone know whether IO is compatible with a newer Nissan Leaf? I’m thinking specifically of the newer shaped 62kWh model, probably a 2019 model or thereabouts. Would be using it with a 2020 Zappi charger which has had the latest software installed.

Thanks - Rob

Re: Dealing with excess solar:

Ive been using it “manually” today and it seems to be doing the job. Just to comment that the inputs seem to operate when they have the required +5 volt signals for a duration of about 10 seconds. This isn't documented anywhere, at least that I can find anyway, so I’m still not sure whether the inte...

Re: Dealing with excess solar:

Hi Rob I had the same problem in that at certain times my export from my Solaredge inverters was pushing up the mains voltage to around 260V, which when it was clear skies was ok. However when there was some clouds passing over the sudden ramp up of voltage after a cloud cleared the sun caused my S...

In order to get enough capacity through the winter we end up with too much capacity in the summer - as even after storing as much as possible in batteries ...

Re: Idiot's guide to a self build battery

They’re here. :) Dropped off by DPD about half an hour ago. All looks good physically, no damage to cartons or contents. The only minor, I hope, issue is that whoever put the labels on one of the boxes decided to put some on upside down - so I suspect that 4 of my 11 cells (they were shipped in two ...
