Surely you can make a physically spinning flywheel powered by electric motors, so keep the physical nature, but replace gas turbine or whatever ff source?

I just received my new tariff data from Octopus from 1st April. Most prices have gone up, as expected. Standing charge is dwon to 58p from 70p, which is nice BUT.....
