Yeah I'm in the same boat as you with luxpower, an install by a third party. As much as I think the equipment is easy to use I couldn't recommend them to anyone else due to the debacle you are going through! Makes me wish I'd used Victron.

That looks great, and it could even pull back up duty for transfer from a V2L car battery to a pylontech stack in a pinch.

Yeah, I was going to say that with the information in post 5 it sounded like the switch which flips the contacts between discharge and import was broken, and there's the proof.
