Unfortunately it's the only solution I have found that makes applications from Russian and Chinese addresses manageable, even after banning many foreign email addresses. The location can be set in the User Control Panel but the resolution of the device is also taken in to account, or even if you just resize the browser window.

Quite apart from their weird units, pretty much all their facts are wrong.
Hangzhou Fengling was built as 200MW phase 1 and 120MW phase 2 to make a total 320MW - but that only makes it the third largest in the world.
