Re: Where am I ?
This evening we have been on a lovely dinner cruise. Afterwards we noticed a large crowd of young folk by the riverside and thought they were waiting for a party boat. We asked a local and they said “that crazy sh1t is called gypsy Tuesday.” I have been shocked at the high prices here, it’s as expen...

Re: Stupid question?
He was like a slow motion car crash. I was going to post this in reply to moxi about his love of Dirty Harry films on another recent thread as in my opinion it’s the best quote of all the films and comes at the end of Magmum Force. But it now seems more appropriate here. https://m.youtube.com/watch?...

Re: Octopus saving sessions coming 1st Nov
I checked the DFS data portal and it’s 6pm to 7pm.
But my Octopus App is showing 7pm to 8pm. I am guessing it’s because I’m in Hungary but I could have sworn it was showing the correct UK time for yesterday’s session.
The earlier time will be better for me because of more solar.

Been to see the shoes this morning, incredible detail on them, you would not think they are bronze and fixed to the surface.

Another shocking WW2 story.

Re: Where am I ?
So the photo which is a still capture from a video is actually a 0.45 calibre Desert Eagle. That was similar to a 0.45 magnum (Dirty Harry gun) I and SWMBO have fired at a gun range in Las Vegas a few years back. The 0.5 calibre Desert Eagle gun is literally twice the size and your right, I see no p...
