I don’t want to sound like a broken record but: don’t discount A2A! Cheap to buy/install, efficient, reliable… For me the perfect system for most houses is: 2x A2A, 2x SH, 1x WBS. Don't worry... Was looking through some old paperwork yesterday and came across our first electricity bill from this house back in December 1987. Was a grand total of 480kWh (4.24p/kWh) for the 3 month billing period, usage for the last 7 days 432kWh, just glad it's all at the IOG cheap rate.

Sounds like it wont be long before its back in action.

I'm going to get my one wired back to the Victron system just in case it is needed, getting a new pole mounted transformer fitted to our supply on the 4th December.
