Given the 15p for exporting I’d go AC. IIRC you’re already filling your batteries fast and throttling generation on sunny days.

The batteries care not about single vs 3 phase. That’s a problem for the inverter.

I think all these schemes are a waste of time and money. Nothing ever comes of them and money that could be spent on proven wind/solar is diverted... but you must admit that lagoons a) are renewables, b) work when wind and solar can't and c) (if you had a cluster of lagoons) could help with storage...
