255 kWh here, 56.6 kWh per kWp and 115% of prediction... It's a good year after 113% of prediction in January and 99% in Feb too. What a year.
p.s. now past 3.3 MWh generated in 14 months and over 2 mWh exported (but some was just arbitrage.)

Re: Nowty Towers DIY Battery Project
the insulation will stop radiant or conducted heat gain from outside (so no Bridge on the River Kwai-type furnace,) in the same way that it will slow down or prevent losses in winter. What it can't do of course is protect the interior from hot air being drawn in... I suspect there might be an extern...

Re: How low will gas go in 2025
That is an old document and quite opaque. I think it said that their plans are to put things in place to be able to cope with 100% renewables by 2025, so I guess that is why we have these big spinning/inertia things doing effectively nothing until they are needed! The other aspects I don't understan...

Around 122km of the cables will be located under the sea with underground cables then linking to converter stations so electricity can be transported t...

The grid engineers must think something physical has a role to play, we saw something like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synchronous_condenser installed in NE England not so long ago... p.s. apparently at https://new.abb.com/news/detail/101299/abb-synchronous-condensers-go-live-in-liverpool-to-stabi...
