Just been scraping through my SolarEdge logs and spotted that 9th June 2021 was my best ever day of solar generation in 9 years of the system being on my roof. However, my best ever month was May 2020 - back in those glory days of early lockdown when all the pollution seemed to disappear and almost ...

Re: Why JCB thinks that hydrogen is the best alternative to diesel for heavy machinery.

Battery electric. It already exists, it's a known technology and requires no new infrastructure. Its round-trip efficiency is 3x orders of magnitude better than Hydrogen fuel cells, produces no tailpipe emissions and, if the plant owner wishes, they can generate their own fuel on-site. Because they'...

But if anyone can work out what the actual generation capacity of the two floating arrays are that would be great

Porsche on track for 40,000 Taycans

https://electrek.co/2021/07/16/porsche-ion-pace-double-taycan-sales-to-40000-electric-cars/ I know it's a very expensive, very fast, exclusive luxo-car. But it's now Porsche's top-selling CAR (as opposed to SUV), and it looks like they're doubling its production to 40,000 units for 2021. So what you...
