In this day & age, an unbelievable outcome.

I hope for a critical analysis for those guilty of pissing so much money away as to how their research was conducted or whether it was merely figures conjured & presented on a glossy heavy paper hand-out by the shonky salesman.

"wow, just wow" ..so central govt will be propping this council up with a tranche of general taxation from elsewhere I guess!?

The circle of incompetents clearly go's wider, not seen the programme (unlikely to as well) you don't screw up this badly on your own, so who else is liable?
