Anyone fancy making an old/cheap inverter more efficient?

This guy swapped the IGBTs in a cheap AliBaba quality invert to MOSFETs:

12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
6x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (14.4kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger

(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)

I watched that just yesterday, and wondered if an upgrade for the Sofar ME3000SP inverters made sense.
3.2kWp south facing solar array
3.6kWp north facing solar array

2020 VW e-Golf, 35.8kWh
