Sergiy over in Ukraine has a very simple manual adjustment for his mirrors at around 3 minutes in; might give you some ideas.

Incredible simple design, couldn't believe the simplicity of the reciever. Imagine that piped into a greenhouse...

I’ve found this video of the adjustable mirror frame which Sergiy posted 3 years ago. There is a lot more detail of the frame construction which may be of help to Beau. It’s a fine barbecue too.
