Solar PV advice
Re: Solar PV advice
The 200amp bus bar box I pointed out before that you have on your drawing doesn’t need crimps, it’s a brass assembly where a machine grub screw grabs onto the cables.
I’m going for mersen isolator too.
Drawing looks fine

Re: Solar PV advice
18.7kW PV > 109MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 27MWh generated
6 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
60kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 520 m3
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 27MWh generated
6 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
60kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 520 m3
Re: Solar PV advice
Yep but the manual says it’s a 8mm crimp
Re: Solar PV advice
This is an 8mm lug on a 6mm bolt, it will still work but I know which one I would be using.
EDIT - I've updated the photo to make it more obvious.

Hi Colin....
Are you sure the communication cables are correct in your diagram?
In the manual it says wire it like below (what I drew in red):

In the manual it says wire it like below (what I drew in red):
Please refer to the manuels on the parallel
The diagram is mainly for parallel the 2 batteries together
Thanks

Re: Solar PV advice
Was that the greenbrook one AGT?
So that doesn't use any lugs on the cables?
It's a 6 way... Could get away with 1 box with the positive using 3 terminals (2 in 1 out) and negative using 3 terminals (2 in 1 out)? didn't notice it was a 1x6 oooops
Or need 2 separate boxes for each?

Yep it’s either a flat blade screwdriver or an Allan key to tighten the bolt
