I bought my 250w a few years ago but only fitted last year, bought for £55 each 2nd hand, they were taken from an industrial building by an installer who fitted took them down but the client couldn't fit all on his new building, I think they were only used for about 4 years, I haven't seen them used in full sun yet except 4 that I had fitted on my caravan which seemed to work very well.
I bought them with my neighbour and he hasn't used his at all so it's possible some could be available
