If you are passing through and thinking of buying a WVC 600 to 1600 microinverter, DO NOT BUY. Junk gear built cheaply and too close to engineering limits for the application.

Save up and buy to a higher standard. Below are a couple of links to your possible future experience. :D

Touch wood my cheapo inverter still going strong.
Admittedly it’s rated at 600 watt and only has one 250 watt panel on it.

Every little helps

I am genuinely glad you are getting on OK 👍 If it is inside I'd put a few vent holes in the casing cover?

We have now entered the arena of the Surreal.

A valiant effort was made to extract p&p from me for the replacement components. I've resisted manfully. Thoughts being, 'it's a POS let's not waste any more thought or time on it and that includes money'. 8-)

If the components show up and I think they will I'll have a Winters shed project to play with. If not, no great loss.

There is a part of me that would like to repair the unit, knock some cooling holes in it fore & aft and then run it low spec, 4x 200W panels if I could find them or similar on the cabin roof.

At the moment though I don't trust it, think it's poor quality with overheating issues and the cabins worth 6k without the extra panels.

The odds favor this particular inverter going to the recycling plant, sad 😔.

I've hedged my bets a tad, paying a bit more for a 1200w unit, via Amazon (So returns 'should' be fairly painless). Its via the Craigsolar shop on there.

I'll let you know how I get on. I'll not be pushing too much through it to start, I've got a 120w portable panel around somewhere, I'll try that first with a dedicated circuit that I previously used for my old 4KVA UPS.
PV 1.1kWh
Victron Multiplus 8K II 48v/100A + Victron 150/35 & 250/60 charge controller + lynx 1000
CerboGX, 25kW Pylontech batteries
Octopus Agile - Cheaper Battery Charging
Another 2.3kWh on the horizon - ground mount + 4x575's

It would be great if it could be repaired but it is annoying that they are selling a unit that seems to have high failure rate as it is just a waste of resources.
I'd be the same regarding the cabin, it's just not worth the risk.

I suspect that it might need a bit more than that, but hard to fault Amazon Customer service...well, mostly.
