I utilised 6 panels on my hot tub pergola. 8" posts with 3" horizontals. Can't skimp on these things as the time/cost to erect is infitisemal in comparison to time aloft harvesting. You want a couple of photos?

Sure, thanks.

Although this is likely to be a ground mount, but with panels raised so the dog cant pee on them :P

I've have a gander thanks.

I saw this today, but seems a little lightweight and expensive for what it is.

That’s made from shallow unistrut 42x21,

I’m a 42x42mm man myself.- called single unistrut.

Double unistrut 84x42mm.

Give it take a millimetre or 2!

I looked at unistrut for my setup but went with wood in the end.
Local timber yard meant it was cheaper, more convenient and I'm comfortable with woodworking, big coach bolts, etc.

If you do go with a metal frame, definitely post pictures. It's always interesting to see all the approaches people take.

3x 405W Longi panels (1.22kWp) @ 90 degrees

Looking at this realistically perhaps a wooden structure with the unistrut to secure the panels might be a healthy mix. ta
