But if anyone can work out what the actual generation capacity of the two floating arrays are that would be great

Quite apart from their weird units, pretty much all their facts are wrong.
Hangzhou Fengling was built as 200MW phase 1 and 120MW phase 2 to make a total 320MW - but that only makes it the third largest in the world.
