Winter is here then!

After a cracking October to-date, today was forecast to be "grey with sunny spells" well the sunny spells haven't happened, it has been gloomy all day.

0.4kWh total generation today, worst day since 20th Feb. Oh well, summer was nice while it lasted!

Not too bad here, 11.28kWh so far, and it's still warm, so I've had the aircon on in the bedroom for the past couple of hours to cool it down a bit. The house is currently sitting at a fairly warm 23.8°C in the hall. If this mild weather holds I can see us going for a few more weeks before the heating comes on.

A mighty 4.5kWh generated back at ours. Night charging of the stack now until Spring.

Surprising how much difference there is between us. A snapshot of our system as of about a minute or two ago:

From a non-generator, doesn’t seem like it. Still in shorts and t (nothing new there), garden still (ish) productive - last of the French beans tonight, Swiss Chard & Kale going strong.

Still picking salad (Mizuna and other leaves), tomatoes and peppers still ripening (just).

Turnips and spuds (planted late August) doing well.

Garlic and Spring Cabbage for next year (although the spring cabbage supplements salads over winter) doing well.

House at 22, so feels nothing like Winter or even Autumn yet. Long may it continue.

0.0 for my installation in the North East, fog all day. Inverter didn't even try to start.

Rain till 14:00 then bright sunshine, battery up to 50% then a power cut, still ongoing expected outage till 22:00

Cheap Aldi inverter generator keeping lights on but the Growatt doesn't like something about the output, reports 231V fluctuating slightly and 50Hz but will not connect. Shame as the battery would have filled in the afternoon.

Tweak the grid monitoring parameters. :geek:
