No problems with my daughter's but I was prompted to allow a firmware upgrade, which I did, today. I use a desktop rather than a cellphone app.

"The system will be upgraded and maintained from (UTC)2:00 to 4:00 on 26/03/2024. Please be notice that some users may be affected during the maintenance period, sorry for any possible inconvenience caused to you. "

It doesn't explain your problem though.

I am hoping they will allow charging to a set SOC with a firmware upgrade

Also the app has not percentage number on it, but showing a full ring

Mine has been working fine, both Android app and on the web. I was "offered" an update but refused, "if it ain't broke don"t fix it"
