RECOM Sillia, PV panels Manufacturer?
I know that Sillia used to assemble Chinese silicone wafers and assemble into frames in Brittany France. But this RECOM reckons it is an actual manufacture.
Can anyone here shine any light for me. Brittany is only few hours away, would be nice to go and get a pallet load. (I have some static PV arrays to put up and cover here in Normandy.)
