Suncalc.org solar animation mapping tool

Post by Mr Gus »

As my head injuries demand contextual information to absorb info, I find this handy as an hour by hour solar visualisation.

https://www.suncalc.org

I'm sure many already know about it, but bearing in mind the simplicity of the animation slider & up to date maps, ..ideal for solar 1st timers & the like as part of the siting potential for the increasingly power security seeking homeowner.

(Wish I had this a few months back for the solar shed project fella to show his wife)

Happy to help, there are grumbles about the Google app version, so do take heed.

I'd love to see a useful links thread as so many sites get lost amongst general thread chat over time.
