Depends what your measuring.
DC in and out of the battery, yes lithium is about 5% or even less. My old forklift LA was about 10%.
But if your charging from grid, there is the AC to DC loss and then back again from DC to AC, both those losses can typically be 5% to 10% depending on load.
And even if your DC coupling charging there is the DC to DC conversion loss.
Someone posted this on St Elsewhere a long time ago and was pretty much panned because of its based on the highest efficiency numbers which are hard to achieve in real life settings.
So I used several years of real life stats from my old battery system, 24v and using forklift cells and made a similar diagram,
With my latest 48v system using lithium cells its better at around 80%.
So folk have to factor in the loss if time shifting power from the grid in winter.
