Nice spot EcoGeorge,
Maybe everyone’s practising for the April price increase ?
That said what will be the impact of everyone cutting their consumption by circa 10% on a faulty basis ? Who loses out the most regards profiting off of we the people ?
Gas suppliers ? Power station operators ? The big six intermediaries?

It's a pity that Energy numbers seems to have lost pv completely, even though it's on their chart with a credit. Having to look at pv live as well to get the info is diappointing. Especially as the line for pv which should be on the chart at the moment would show it delivering over 8GW, significantly more than nuclear.
first impressions matter, and not having pv there really skews your perception of what is happening.

Carbon intensity on the grid at 13:00 today was 1g / kWh away to tie with the record set 5th April 2021.
39g / kWh was set on 5th April 2021 at 13:00.
Today it was 40g / kWh at 13:00.
Almost certain to beat that record in April / May / June this year.

It’s been that way for a while, half of France’s reactors are out for maintenance or corrosion problems.
