Over 10 yrs ago I found a really useful device - the Aviosys IP9212 - which had 8 mains relays in a box, controlled by a small web page server. It also has 8 programmable timers so you could set repetitive on/off times independently.
So I wired it into various bits of the heating circuitry and I could control the separate hw, ch and u/f functions and also the Villavent whole-house heat recovery plant, whether I was at home or away.
It has had quite a few components replaced and is now on its last legs but sadly they don't make them any more.
Ideally I want an oven-ready replacement so I can just connect the LAN at one side and the 8 mains circuits at the other. I know it can be done with Raspis and Modbus and so forth but that would involve more programming than I can face ATM. I have got a small Arduino but adding the right mains interface boards to that is non-trivial and it would need the s/w stitching together from some library or other.
OTOH I could bodge it with 8 wirelessly controlled mains plugs but that would be expensive and inelegant.
Has anyone got any recommendations?

A few din rail mounted Shelley’s in an enclosure.

Re: Web control of multiple AC circuits
If you're thinking about monitoring stuff as well, then I'd suggest taking a look at Home Assistant, as it will interface with pretty much any off-the-shelf WiFi switch. You can even homebrew switching cheaply with the ESPNow add-on for HA and use multiple relay modules like these (cheaper than using lots of Shelleys): https://uk.banggood.com/5V-or-7-28V-Pow ... &rmmds=buy
ESPNow is really easy to set up in HA, and HA also interfaces with many inverters etc, to get power, energy etc stats all locally, without going through servers in far-off lands. You can also make a port accessible to the outside world if you like, to allow control from anywhere.

Thanks @Tinbum, the Denkovi stuff in particular looks promising.

A plug and play solution would be an IPDU, but not the cheapest.
For example: https://www.broadbandbuyer.com/products ... -pdu41004/
Can't comment on that particular brand, just the first hit that came up.

Shelly pro is how I’d go with this kind of project.
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger
(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)
