So first of all you really need at least 3 of those batteries or else you will be current limited with the battery inverter. 3 or more, allows the full performance of that battery inverter in terms of both charging and discharging.

It will do what you want in "Time of Use Mode". You can manually override it, but it can be a bit of a faff. There are 4 rules you can have for different times on the year. If you want to run more than one rule on the same day you need a special software firmware version v2.41.

Some others have used passive mode and built their own controller via a raspberry pi or similar.
