Octopoints

#1

Post by Andy »

I'm slowly getting more and more features turned on in my Octopus app. Is anyone else as frustrated by Octopus using a multiple of 8 of Octopoints -> £ with Octopoints as I am? The government has U-turned on imperial measurements being imposed in the UK. Maybe we can try and push for a power of 10 common multiple for a conversion between Octopoints and £. :D

I like the 8-octopoints to a penny conversion. It is quirky and fun.

£70 in a few weeks isn't bad either!

Isn't it something to do with how many arms an octopus has, and that they're called octopoints? ;)

Wow, very nice. The most I'll be able to export and save on use will be 8kW per hour. I'm definitely buying a 15kvA unit when I need to replace the current one. I don't think I'll manage much this year as I'm expecting it to take a while to get the export MPAN sorted out.
