Jk200bms (inverter) with active balancer.

Hi Gents,
Finally finishing off the batteries this weekend.
To my surprise my jk200bms included in the battey boxes, have been shipped with a neey type heltec 4a active balancer in the box along side them.
I know the jk200bms has a 2A active balancer built in, and i know the additional active balancer is not technically needed because of this.

My question is am i flogging them (x3) or am i installing them to use with the JKBMS.

I am leaning on the selling them on side, because i was not expecting them to be there.
I already have 3 extra JK200bms from orders being messed up, so these can just be added to the listings when i get round to it.

Unless there will be a bonus to having it installed?

Thanks.

Can't see any requirement for them, I've found the JK BMS keeps the batteries well balanced. You might consider keeping a spare BMS as one of mine came up saying the unit and battery temperature was -200C then had an intermittent "Abnormal current sensor" which shut off the BMS.

Thanks fintray, that was also my thinking. I wouldnt have even thpught about it if it wasnt there.
Good idea about keeping a bms behind though.
I may be planning a 4th battery bank that can utilise it, but its more important to get the system i have up and running first.
