Battery Shed.
Re: Battery Shed.
Yeah they are not the easiest things to steal are they, I don't fear my batteries getting stolen too much,

18.7kW PV > 110MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 33MWh generated
7 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
90kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 530 m3

Re: Battery Shed.
Similar, but definately different to mine. Even down to the bolts holding yours on. Mine have small (20mm long) 4mm machine screws, yours have m8 by the look.
Look like a larger and sturdier wheel too.

New battery has just turned up
Put in the shed for tonight. Will have a good look tomorrow.

Re: Battery Shed.
This makes its 57kw.
Could maybe fit another box in the shed and keep things neat with batteries on one side and inverters on the other, but would struggle to charge 71kw.
57kw will take care of our very coldest days in winter, and still be chargeable overnight cheapslot with 2 chargers and 2 inverters. Just.
So no more planned.
Next project is solar improvement.

Nice... I think I will stay at 30kw for now. Covers our use.NoraBatty wrote: ↑Sun Apr 13, 2025 11:50 am This makes its 57kw.

Maybe if get heat pump in future, will increase capacity and get more solar.
