It generates the charging schedule and sends the notification but the app says the car isn’t plugged in and doesn’t show the schedule:

I am sometimes getting this recently (within the past month) but it usually resolves itself within about 20 mins of requesting extra cheap slots.

Now into the 6th day. Is everyone confident Octopus will come good?

The anecdotal evidence on other forums is don’t trust the app/website as the bill processes the off peak slots correctly.
Mine isn’t due until 5th of the month :o

My bill is cut 24th. If people are reporting their bill is correct then all is good I suppose.

It must be handy getting a regular monthly bill I can't remember the last time that happened!
My most recent one ran to 398 pages and went back as far as 20th December 2019.

I was on the phone to Octopus today because I am still waiting for a £1000 refund I requested on the 3rd Feb. :fight:
They told me it was halted as there was a "small issue of back billing". :?

They are going to look into it and I also mentioned about the cheap rate slots not showing on my account since 12th Feb. They said the only issue they had heard of in the last week was a screw up on Tesla's for an hour on one day.

They are going to check my account this afternoon, check my billing from the 12th and get back to me with an update later. :norfolk:
