What a weekend, I EV'd it to daughters to meet the two new little uns, my goodness they are tiny tiny tots.
I showed the other 2 year old my solar App I introduced him to a few weeks ago and he can correctly identify Solar Panel, Battery and Grid. Finally when I point to the power flow animation he says, ENERGY. :)

Then SWMBO and I decided to go to a nearby pub to watch England play as SWMBO is a bit loud when watching football. As you know it was a nail biter but it came good in the end, then followed a stonking good Thai restaurant. :D

When I left this morning I had 5 mins left on my parking but had to walk up the road a bit to get to my car. When I got to it a parking officer was taking photos of my registration number as I had no parking permit but was in a paid bay. I opened my parking App and I literally was down to 10's of seconds left. :xx:

Now back in Nowty Towers, checking the end of month solar meters, its my best month ever with 2059 kWh generated. Previous best was last June with 1675 kWh so my recent panel upgrades are bearing fruit.
16.9kW PV > 107MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 22MWh generated
5 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
60kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 510 m3

I think you must live in a different country.

My 4kw of panels aren't perfectly oriented or for that matter on the roof, purely shed based and shaded, but today shows exactly 3.4 kWh.

It's somehwt gloomy up North!

definitely! Yesterday just 6.7 kWh from 4kWp west-facing, today 8.1 (cf. 24.8 on 8/6 and 24.7 on the 2nd.) Crap weather!
2.0 kW/4.62 MWhr pa in Ripples, 4.5 kWp W-facing pv, 9.5 kWhr batt
30 solar thermal tubes, 2MWhr pa in Stockport, plus Congleton and Kinlochbervie Hydros,
Most travel by bike, walking or bus/train. Veg, fruit - and Bees!

After my recent PV upgrades and ripple KH going operational I did some more calculations of what my total generating capacity will be once the third ripple project DW goes live. Still allegedly on track for end of year but I'm a bit sceptical, hopefully by next spring though, well maybe the summer.

Anyway I'm looking like making just over 36.5 MWh per year.

So I reckon I should make 1GWh+ of RE by the time I am 80 years old if I'm still here. :xx:

Off here tomorrow on VIP tickets.

Today the weather has been appalling, pissing with rain but tomorrow, although no mediterranean temps, and a bit breezy, its sunny. :)
I'll have to leave the solar export on automatic safe settings, but my export will likely offset some of our booze. :xx:
And if the batteries fill up and shut down the charge controllers, I'll be able to remotely monitor and dump power into the EV.
Plus there will be a big screen for the football to keep SWMBO happy. :fight:

EDIT - apparently Black Lace are also turning up for an extended version of the Agadoo conger. :?

A decade old tech doing its stuff. :xl:

AI might decide to euthanise me by increasing the battery voltage to thermal runaway levels. 🤔
