Thanks all, I've now emailed Pylontech and will take it from there.

Whilst I'm waiting for a response, I might connect each pack individually to the ME3000 and charge/discharge to get a sense of how each pack is working on its own.

Most of the packs are showing close to 0% SOC when apparently the entire stack is 20% according to CAN so they may be damaged and beyond repair.
