Smart meter export problems

I've got a smart meter fitted (by SO Energy). Now transferred my electricity to Octopus.
They can read our import no problem, with 1/2 hourly data auto updated and visible on the Octopus app.
But, they are struggling to do the same for the export readings - they can't connect to it, despite having an export MPAN - I need to keep giving them manual readings. They are working on it and have passed it on to their technical team.
It's not the end of the world, but I would like to swap onto the Flux tariff, which needs the 1/2 hourly readings for both Import and Export.

Wondered if anyone has any bright suggestions?

Join twitter, tweet @Octopus ....

I know it's daft, but it worked for me. I sent half a dozen emails back and forth to various Octopus staff, each one passing to a higher "Engineer" or whatever, didn't fix it - our Smets1 elec meter wouldn't give them any readings, despite the gas one working through it, and it being an approved meter. One tweet and it got fixed in 2 days. Weird.

I've been having trouble with getting Octopus to come and fit a smart meter for months, and I got a date at the end of May for today.

Turn up today and at first the electric meter was commissioned, but the gas meter wouldn't connect. Chagne the gas meter, still would not connect. Meters were 8m apart with a normal double skin brick wall between them.

Swap for a dual band communication hubs? Would not even commission. Then I overhear/the sparkie said to me that their customer service system (Kraken) was down today.

I think they are having lots of technical problems right now.
