Currently on Octopus Agile and Flexible for gas

I'm currently manually setting up battery charging on my Victron system and it doesnt feel that Agile is offering me as much savings as a fixed offpeak tariff to top up the batteries overnight.
I'll spreadsheet it shortly but pretty sure the effort isnt worth the reward, I'm still not in a position to put in the new 2kWh panels to the Victron gear I've got setup so I'm still charging my batteries over night (Or whenever) to the tune of 8-10kw when its cheapest, typically Its around 3-3.5hrs
Even with the new panels in place its only likely to drop that a bit, given the fact we're heading into winter.
As a quick test I noticed my British Gas account was still live so I thought I'd see what options were available.
I can still lock in a decent off peak tariff between midnight to 5am at around £0.08 per kWh given the fairly average agile pricing recently this type of tariff is looking more appealing. Once again BG are saying that their "Ev" tariff can be used for anything.
Octopus's Ev tariff checks for an actual EV so thats not really an option.
Is there any decent off peak tariffs out there still as Octopus isnt as appealing as it was when it looked like I might be able to push power back into the grid when I have surplus battery power or feed in Solar when I upgrade it.
The offpeak plays into the storage heater route that I started earlier this year when I bought a couple of 2nd hand ones to test this winter. Since then the loft insulation has been replaced and cavity insulation is now complete.
Without feed in going back to off peak is looking a lot more appealing.
