Lux Inverter Problem

Hi all!
Yesterday morning my Luxpower inverter stopped charging the batteries on cheap rate electric at 82% (it was programmed to charge them to 100%). Since then it hasn't charged or discharged them at all. It shows no errors. Yesterday we had some sunshine and the inverter acted as a solar inverter but the batteries did nada.
I've checked the connections and power-cycled the inverter. But nada.
What do you guys suggest?

What is the BMS saying?

What is the BMS saying?
As reported by the inverter:

I have a AC coupled Luxpower for the batteries and Fronius for the solar. My plan A is always turn everything off, batteries and inverters, leave for 30 secs and turn on again, it's worked every time so far when something loses the plot.
Second thoughts: Did it run out of charge time before the 100% mark?

I've tried that. Maybe I didn't leave it "off for long enough". However I think a component might have let the smoke out. Interesting that the inverter shows no errors it just doesn't charge/discharg the batteries. It measures the battery voltage fine, and powers itself from the batteries.

Right. I took the cover off and I think I've found why power-cycling the inverter hasn't solved the issue:

Doesnt look so healthy Stinsy, fingers crossed that circuit board is replacable and you can put your hands on one asap.

Yeah, I was going to say that with the information in post 5 it sounded like the switch which flips the contacts between discharge and import was broken, and there's the proof.

Is that a component that has blown or a loose connection?

Arc inside the switching unit ? Hopefully you will be able to identify it and get a replacement- if it failed fast enough the PCB might be intact and just need a thorough clean to prevent shorting.
Otherwise as previously mentioned a PCB replacement might be quicker easier and less prone to additional faults.
Fingers crossed for you getting a quick resolution.
