The new Octopus Energy dashboard is inferring I've been very naughty this week by increasing my usage by 100% and not saving any CO2 at all compared with last month.

At least you are getting readings, mine seems to have given up sending readings on 27th April

6th Feb for me Ian, doesn't impact much unless u want to switch products. Although I did miss my daily count for a while Ah well, brave new world n that.

Was doing well prior to that, every day right up to date then...

Same here. It's a bit of a pageant to even get the ball rolling once it has went wrong. I am currently waiting on an appointment for the engineer.... to come out and replace. Happy to update here as I go.

Mind you my Octopus dashboard is now asking me if I'm interested in getting a smart meter fitted, WTF!

I do, it's the second one Octopus have fitted so not sure why I'm getting that message though might be because the last reading showing on the dashboard is 27th April 2021, might just say I'm interested in getting one fitted and see what happens.
