Either your power meter is wrong or its at some really poor power factor which your import meter wont register or charge you for.

Example, here now at Nowty Towers we are running on batteries, heatpump on and the house is using about 2.7kW.

My smart meter is saying we are exporting 5w (real power) so I am being charged nothing, thats the most important number !
My SMA grid point monitor is saying I am importing 20w of real power.
A current clamp meter on my meter tails is saying there is just over 2A flowing (dont know which direction)
A local voltage / amp meter also is saying about 2A flowing (dont know which direction)
My smart meter also says just over 2A is flowing but at a power factor of 0.01 which would be around 5W of real power.
But if I simply multiplied 2A x 250v = 500w.

So your power meter is probably measuring reactive power or is it actually measuring current ?, and you've just multiplied it by the grid voltage ?, and not taken any power factors into account ?

200W is quite a lot of heat if its real power and I bet your Solis is stone cold,
