Ikea "white label" rechargeable batts are very good value
The chemical composition is deemed to be a generation of the Eneloop, I'm very pleased with all mine.
Recommend a Xtar charger for them if you see a 4 slot cheap, I'm charging mine by solar now.

Looks like they've changed the outer skin (wrap) & the price has shot up..
That "might" indicate they've upgraded to another Eneloop chemistry (i'll take a snoop around) or it might be chance & global supply constraints in these times.

AAA's also available.
TBH I tend to charge mine at 500 mAh regardless on my xtar units, 1 amp is available, but heat stress, no need when you have plenty in rotation...as you do.
We use them for xbox controllers, through to small PIR led lighting, wish i'd bought more a few years back as my stock of regular brands stuff has just about karked it (7day shop)

Fairly recent 2021 info from a sight with a bit of insight, yes the IKEA LADDA range disappeared during covid to some degree, but it's popular so might just have been that supply was stretched with more folk stuck at home..
Good thread to see why these are loved..
