Nice picture, as with all astronomical events the clouds closed in just in time to block the view from here, TBH we did see the disc through lightish cloud at almost maximum which saved mucking around with the dark glasses.

Strange, but I feel we might need an astronomy subforum in the OffTopic section for this type of thing.

I would be worried about creating that subforum as it might eclipse the renewable bits.
