Why are they Quoting a saving of £650 a year.
Why not quote a saving of £65000 a year.

Is the brass air vent on the top included. Or do you have to purchase that separately. ?

“Up to” is their saving grace. People don’t understand that it means the savings will never be more than 20% but could be any value below 20%. Zero is below 20%?

Lower down it claims “as much as …. for some households

And so it goes on. Much later it says the £249 cost could be saved in less than a year.

I reckon a radiator bleed-key would cost a lot less - and a dose of inhibitor likewise.

Click-bait for non-thinkers, methinks. The saying “ a fool and his money are easily parted” seems fairly appropriate when you remember that 50% of the population are below average - so lots out there waiting…..

I used something like that (but a different pattern, a sort of squat cylinder on its side) when I did our GCH about 40 years ago... I think I paid a lot more for it too, even that long ago!

It is very upsetting that papers are allowed to print / publish SCAMM information like this.

I agree, surely the advertising standards people should be stepping in on blatant tosh like this ? Even if the paper itself cannot self regulate.
