That even in 1956 EVs were better than ICE cars ?, it won an Oscar too.

Ha, yes, I've never seen / heard mention of a baker in a cartoon, & this was petrol sodden car obsessed 1950's
It was a good choice to show up magoo as a character.

Found that whilst arguing that our dog "sh*tface magee" (not his real name but Tank the Frenchie answers to it when called) ought have another boxer companion called magoo, but only the former is deemed acceptable oddly enough.
(Kid nonplussed as to who Mr magoo was)
