EV charge points

It's like I've mentioned before, in a modern multi storey car park with 2,268 car parking spaces available spread over 3 areas.
6 e.v. Bays total, in one cluster for five years.

Just read (really) they've now expanded it to 18 across the 3 car parks, but no power details., Capacity share? do The math!

(The previous install was a heavily flawed installation & typically required a member of staff present to coax it into life)

Now replaced its better, but still a mere 6 bays, that you have to remove the big blow moulded plastic deterrents out of the way to park & charge, lest you be iced.

We are way behind where we need to be, + inertia, + supply issues.

If you bring up Ev charge points to new build "con job" hospitals (as we did) they ignore you, then hand a brand new build car park over to a private company who don't know the scarcest details on where, how many, what charges, access ...or owt.

To say "they don't get it" is an understatement.
At "new" Addenbrookes they kicked the staff out of the car parks causing just as much of a problem with illegal / dodgey / inconveniencing road & street parking as in the past 3 decades.
Not only do we need a fresh pair of eyes we need attached working retinas on the case.
(Not some pompous party prig with little knowledge & even less ability with an office of flunkies to eff it up again). ..harsh? definitely, however look how govt money was "spaffed" away in the initial install infrastructure round, then handed over & left to for with bugger all comeback!
