Hey CM , all good ;)

Guess i have to carry on to promote off Grid living as i kindoff not willing to allow ars$oles from the dirty energy society to sell me something that they have been fighting against since decades , and now come across as a planet safer .... on just figuring out that there is some money to be made while writing the invoices each month to house-owners

I still believe it can be a wise move to just cut the wire and let them fu$k them selves

.... What You call FiT payments , is called "Einspeisevergütung " in Germany ,

Only the word is criminal on its own , as it suggests it is a payment of generosity , to make folks believe that its a great deal they have got ----- to sell for 6c and buy in for 30 c ?

We should at least ask for 15 cent a kWh that we provide or lay a cable to the neighbor

Hi Billi,

Yes Off Grid is probably going to be the only way to get most ordinary folk to understand about the needs of energy RE creation and self management of small resources.
It is my belief at the present time NO GUBBERMINT is going to allow total independence of energy creation and those that are acting as small communities reservoir of RE energy resources made locally.

As my friend GRETA says about Gubbermint policy, "All they do is BLA BLA BLA BLA".

However Billi, you and us, are not alone on this planet thinking about and actually doing the hardware for Sustainability, environment concerns, and self install RE.

Any way Billi, here in France, and well away from the 'Armchair Wafflers' we are producing A4 double sided laminated Handouts, that have real and accurate empirical evidence on it.

They are in French, but here is the English translation.
We have about another 10 differing A4 handouts.

Now, I must get out to the 'Sheep Lecture Theatre' building, and get back to installing the water and kitchen units in the 'Sheep Kitchen'.

Hi Mr Gus,

Yes, its nice resolution from the French Satellite.

The 3 Wind Turbines are not totally showing in that picture, and nor is the new 6m x 6m new 2 storey wooden garage covered with 3.7KW of PV, as it went up in 2020.

But yea, it shows real stuff in real time in real circumstances.

Looks Like Mr Macron's plans for a nuclear new build fleet are in jeopardy by his own government !

16 Billion hit on the profits before tax etc etc I don't expect it will be too long before we see the nationalised EDF business getting a bail out from the French Government. Probably sooner as I expect the pressure on the older stations to squeeze out an extra 20 TerraWatts will lead to breakdowns and a worsening of the situation.

I am thinking that they will need to build 14 reactors by 2050 just to replace those decommisioned.

France/EDF are heading for the rocks on this in usual head in the sand political style. Basically nuclear is now too expensive and a dumb choice when compared to RE and thats before decommissioning costs which no doubt is another head in the sand job. I actually believe this will have a huge impact on the French people who must have a limit on what prices they and industry will tolrate. In France always remember the guillotine!

PS the UK has been a net exporter of leccy to France for some weeks now.
