Will we ever reduce the amount of travel or transport?

An over view of how TEQs could work and how it does to a certain extent address Carbon emissions as well as just energy. There was a fair bit of interest in GOVT for this idea before 2010 but since then it got binned with all "the green crap" Cameron and Osbourne really were a pair of dick heads IMHO of course :roll:
