Basically if you sous vide it it's wonderful plump & juicy. (Giving it hours to be held at temp then finished in seconds in a hot pan)
Baked (as McDonald's UK do it) = shrivelled, unnaturally brown & crusted crap)
Ditto Wetherspoons only fried crap.
Don't great it like a poorly raised animal, use gumption & it's superb.
The problem is gumption is lacking
The other problem is that "beyond" dngaf either.
