I thought "Lovely boat" - but that wasn't cockney rhyming slang!

I didn't watch the video because the exclusion of people from housing is so widespread and unjust that I daren't risk my blood pressure any more.
Just like I can't watch politicians weeping crocodile tears over the Grenfell Tower situation, when it was their deliberate policy to hand Building Regulation and the "development" (rolling back) of legislation over to the private sector which caused it.

It's called Regulatory Capture, and is the way that all sorts of crooks are profiting from undoing controls which the Victorians put in for very good reasons.

How come AlBargey hasn't commented?
A
p.s. Apologies, it's only a few hours since the first post, so maybe most people (who aren't wandering past their laptop periodically) don't pick things up for a day or so.

It’s surprising what a low proportion of narrowboat owners have PV. Panels have to be at a very low angle to horizontal when cruising to avoid low bridges which isn’t very good for winter generation.

Hi!

Yeah, there are a lot of narrowboat blogger type people, I couldn't do a narrow boat life after 17 years on our barge, but at least they can navigate the UK's canals!
