Barclays Mortgage holders in for a treat

I can't find a catch.
If you're an existing home owner with a mortgage at Barclays, it seems they're offering cash grants for those looking to add green tech to their properties?

Solar
Battery
Heat Pump
Insulation
New windows or doors.

They'll give you a cash reward eg
£1000 for solar PV
£2000 heat pump.

Am I missing something?

Home improvement works must be carried out by a TrustMark-registered business or tradesperson and from our approved list of home improvements.
