Octopus fan club east coast Lincs new scheme

May be of interest to forum members in that region who fall within the qualifying post codes, nice idea and typical of the ever proactive Octopus business. I cannot perceive how the rest of the big suppliers think they can continue to sit nursing the old model of tariffs along without following the market leader?
