I'm incredibly hopeful about sodium ion batteries. It really looks as if they will achieve decent cycle life statistics, at reasonable energy density.

But of course I'm sure we already appreciate that the key point is that they should be significantly cheaper than LFP and help significantly in meeting the world's future storage needs. Still not enough, but a very positive step.
